Our mission is to advocate on behalf of our members on legislation and JPS contractual matters. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation, district policy, and benefits. Our organization is open to ANY employee of JPS. Our dues are just $10/year and can be auto-deducted from your JPS paycheck. We sponsor the annual JPS New Hire Orientation breakfast, provide (2) $1,000 scholarships to JHS Seniors, update members on changes in district policy and state legislation, and provide a commemorative gift to JPS retirees, 20 yrs., and 30 yrs. of service.
